Anyone else have this dvd and no insert with it?

Mine has an insert. Although I'm sure mine is from the inital pressing of this title, as I upgraded the Tuesday of release.

I just bought the collector's series edition and it didn't have an insert. Although the inserts are pretty worthless, I always feel kinda gypped when they don't include one.
