You have FightClub, a movie about a deranged psychopathc schizo, who wreaks violence on the community, and yet you have a problem ordering a 1934 Nazi Propaganda film, for fear of being watched? :hscratch:

I think you'll be just fine. However, I recommend tossing the X-Files movie and boxsets in the trash, because they have microchip locators.

On a more serious note, I'd recommend getting Shoah. There's nothing like watching and listening to the people who actually survived the Nazi freaks.

I would like Shoah, but the price is just a bit too steep, even at the $80 DDD wants for it. I've read some incredible things about it though. Maybe for Christmas...

Actually, yes. Yes it does. ;)

And remember, just because you're paranoid, don't mean they're not after you...

(Now I gotta go take a bat to some Beetles.)

...erm... steelcurtain: I am typing this message on a computer on the 4th floor of the Salt Lake City Library, where you can actually borrow the following item: Triumph Of The Will...

...so - and pardon me for saying this - I do think you're being just a wee bit paranoid...

Nice...

Yeah, and they are also a division of NAMBLA too!

right next to your copy of Mein Kampf.
I leafed through a copy of that in a bookstore in the Vancouver airport, while waiting for a flight to Frankfurt. My other choice was Bomber Offensive by Sir Arthur Harris, and eventually that's what I bought. Good thing, too, because Mein Kampf is illegal in Germany (I didn't know that at the time).

You don't have to apologize for being interested in Hitler and WWII. It is every person's responsibility to educate themselves in regards to world history, good or bad. As heinous as Hitler's behavior was, his story is absolutely fascinating. No apologies or guilt should be in order.

To even suggest an apology for being interested-in the rise of the Third Reich or having guilt for those feelings seems to me that you have become a victim of endless POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.

This guy is way out of line. The original poster asked a legitimate question. It's intolerant conformist morons like this that made National Socialism popular in the first place. What's next, censorship & book burning? I think we've identified who the real fascist is here.

These days, you'd be more likely to get on a list if you bought Bowling for Columbine. :)

bigE, I found no offense in it. Groucho's a funny guy. He didn't mean any ill will by it. I certainly didn't take it seriously, and I believe (correct me if I'm wrong, Groucho) that Groucho isn't a fascist. Although he may be a republican.

Hendrik, thanks for letting me know the library has it in stock, I might have to go check it out.

I highly doubt Groucho was serious. I highly doubt Grouch is a moron. I highly doubt you have any right to talk when you're prepared to accept as truth the ramblings of someone with the name Groucho.
