Les Miserables In Concert Superbit - where is it?

I've read about three different release dates for this disc... September, October (today, specifically), and December. And a Best Buy employee told me that they weren't getting it in until November 7th, not today, but I don't necessarily trust her.

Amazon is "out of stock." You can pre-order it at Buy.com for its December 31, 2004 release. DeepDiscountDVD doesn't even have it in stock.

Does anyone have a copy of this yet? Has anyone even laid eyes on it?

Dunno, but this is one I really want. The current release is absolute crap. It's embarassing.

I'm glad I read this thread. My dad wants the concert DVD for Christmas (he has the VHS), but if the current release is crap, I'll wait.

It's been delayed... I received an email and a phone call from Columbia Tri-Star after I called Customer Service. They are "having problems" with the release and it has been delayed. Who knows when it'll come out?

That explains why my preorder has not even been shipped.

Oh well, I can wait. At least I've got the more than adequate laserdisc version to hold me until the new DVD is ready.
