Ninja Scroll 10th aniversary playback problems

Does anyone else who have this DVD experince any playback problems from chapter 19? as mine seem to completely freeze up from that point onwards. (this is the full frame side)

ANyone else experience this??

Yes. I can't remember the chapter, but it sounds like it was about the same area (the village sequence either right before or after Kagero's death).

I didn't check the widescreen version, but my full-frame was defected.

My player is a 5 disc Pioneer.

I actually emailed Manga, but haven't heard back (it's only been a few days).

Anyone else experience this problem?

I watched mine just Sunday and didn't have any problems.
Pioneer DVD player.

In my experience, it has to be a faulty batch. I bought mine on release week at Circuit City. Still haven't heard from Manga. I may try calling if they have a customer service number.

If anyone else experiences problems watching their copy, please post a reply.
