Needed: Universal Studios Customer Service #

Just received my Scarface Two-Disc Anniversary Edition Gift Box from Amazon. Unfortunately, the included lobby cards are all bent and creased in the lower right hand corner. In addition to that, I received a duplicate of card #7 (Tony smoking a cigar) and did not receive card #2. I don't want to have to return the whole thing and be without the DVD's while waiting for a new one to arrive. I thought perhaps I could just contact Universal and have them send me new lobby cards? However, I have been unable to find a phone number to reach them. I tried using the number that was provided for the BTTF issue, but the lady there could not help me, nor provide me with a number to call.

Does anyone have a phone number to Universal's DVD department that they can pass along?

I don't have the number you are looking for but I'm fairly confident that you will have to deal with Amazon, not Universal.

Amazon will send you out a new copy right away if it's in-stock, and you have 30 days from the time you request an exchange to ship back the original copy. So you shouldn't be without the dvds for any length of time if you wait to send back the original.

Thanks D-Ball, I was unaware that Amazon did that. I'll give them a call now and see if they have it.

Update:

Gave Amazon a call and they cheerfully requested a replacement order to be sent out. Unfortunately, it won't ship for about a week due to the sets popularity. Oh well, at least I can still watch it while I wait.
