I haven't heard anything, but next time you might want to put a question mark in your title thread. Gonna give a lot of people heart attacks thinking you've got some news on this one coming out.

I might be in the minority here, but I really enjoyed Wyatt Earp and have been looking forward to a Special Edition DVD. If you are desperate to see an extended cut of the film, there is a widescreen one out on video that added I think around twenty-thirty minutes to the film. You can check it out here http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...video&n=507846

The extended edition is on laserdisc too (I've got it).

Tombstone is a "popcorn" movie - Wyatt Earp is a more accurate depiction of the character. I liked Tombstone more when I first saw it, but Wyatt Earp has grown on me with mulitple viewings.

I agree (except I liked Wyatt Earp much more from the beginning). The best word I can think of for Tombstone is that it is juvenile compared to Wyatt Earp.

Two words: vastly inferior.

Okay, this isn't a thread to compare the two movies... let's stick to the topic and ignore chess' comments.
