The Shield Season 2

So its still listed as next week on this site but amazon has it coming out in January. Anyone know for sure when its due out?

06-Jan-2004 appears to be the correct date.

Season one was released on DVD the week before season two began airing, if I remember correctly. I'm guessing this is the same type of situation.

Damn

I have not seen Season 2 and wanted to be caught up for 3, guess not. Unless I have a marathon, which I dont wanna do. I like to take my time with em.

FX also reran season 1 (several times) nightly before seaon 2 started.

Wish they'd do that again with Season 2. I was still watching Season 1 when Season 2 aired. Oh well, guess I'll be filling up my TiVo with Season 3 until I can watch Season 2!!!

You have time to buy a TiVo before season three starts. Buy the TiVo, set up a season pass for The Shield, watch the season two DVDs, then start watching your recorded season three episodes.

I suppose you could do the same thing with a VCR instead of a TiVo, but everyone should have a TiVo.
