Buyer Beware!!! bonus DVD at Target for 2 Fast 2 Furious on Fullscreen only...YMMV
my wife just stopped at target to buy this and only the fullscreen came with the bonus DVD.
and since when can you no longer return DVDs due to copyright law?
they told her that the widescreen version may have it but they weren't sure. they said she could buy it and see. but if she opens it she can't return it due to copyright law.

Stores don't let you return open media items (DVDs, CDs, video/PC games, etc) unless it's defective. Their fear is that you opened it, copied it to a DVD-R or CD-R, and then returned it to get your money back. Technically, I guess you could say it's related to copyright law.

A little off topic
Back in the day(probalby 98 or 99) The Wherehouse use to have this deal that went on, where you could buy the CD, and if you didn't like it, you could return within 30 days for a FULL REFUND. So I would open it, burn it to a CD and then tell them, "I can't stand this CD, I want to exchange this". They told him, "Sure, no problem". I must have copied over 50 albums doing this(thanks Wherhouse). Unfortunately, they stopped this within about 6 months, because I think they caught on to what people were doing, but man I miss those days!!!!

Newbury Comics (in Mass.) used to put 5-10 discs on sale as no-risc discs. They were usually slightly quirky but good releases and you had a certain amount of time where you could return them after you opened them. I moved away years ago, so I don't know if they still do this. It was before disc-burning became vogue.

The bonus disc is too much hype and no substance. It is 15 minutes long. There is no menu. It goes straight into the 2 fast 2 furious making of feature. It is your typical fluff asskissing/ these cars are so cool/John Singleton is the best director epk piece. I mean its cool in the fact that you can use the disc for a 2 disc amaray case and all but it is much more put to use as a coaster.
