25th Hour DVD, Does it come with an insert?

I just got this movie used and it didn't come with an insert. Is this one of those movies that don't come with one or is it just missing?

Ouch as soon as I saw the title I knew new member was going to get it. Insert is a taboo word around here.

I don't know if you read Cinema Gotham but there's a bit of trivia in Lee's commentary that he got from me during an interview I did with him for CG. I thought that was pretty cool, even though he didn't specifically credit me. I'm not mad, though.
