good the bad and the ugly dvd glitch?

the part where tuco is being questioned by angel eyes at the army camp the screen goes blank for a split second right after he snaps the tobacco case shut on tuco's fingers...just wondering if my dvd is bad or if its like that on everyones.

Don't recall any problems with that DVD. If you give more details about the EXACT POINT (time or chapter) then I will check it out for you.

I think the details would help lots of readers.

It may be your disc because I don't recall any problems with mine.

I get this funny flicker about every jump cut, where it like goes out for about 1/3 of a second, and gets back on. (the tv version also does this so it might be the transfer, but the amc directors cut (that was in widescreen and restored) didn't have any of these bad "jump cuts)

Thanks for the details. Yes, my disc does the same thing, and yes - it is the transition from layer 0 to layer 1. My DVD player has an option to show the layer which is playing, so I just turned this option on and then started watching from Chapter 32, and sure enough, screen went black for 1/10th of a second or so at the layer change --- between chapters 33 and 34.
