Reservoir Dogs Mr. Brown packaging

I saw it in a store a while ago and it had Tarantino's autograph on the front, but the autograph isn't on any of the pictures of it online. So is it on there or not?

Yes it is. The autograph is on all Mr. Brown versions.

I think Mr. Pink and Mr. White look the best. The neon pink makes it stand out on my shelf so I can find it easily. The White cover looks cool though too. Anybody know where I can find Mr. White?

The Character boxes have gone OOP. There are still some in stores but they've started replenishing the stock with the generic cover.

Mr. White was the hardest one to find when they first came out, so finding one now isn't going to be easy. Try eBay.

I personally got Mr. Blonde. (Box stands out and Madsen's the man)

I've seen plenty of Mr. White's on store shelves.

In fact, I see plenty of all the character boxes on store shelves and they're going for as little as $15 CDN.

One might be more limited than the other colours, but in the overall scheme - none of these are limited. They printed tons of these.

What's kind of annoying is that where I've seen them, the ones with the character covers seem to have a higher price tag than ones without. I'm assuming it's cuz they only printed those without character covers (the normal ones) after the price drop went into effect. I actually haven't looked for any in awhile, so I'm not sure if they're all sold out of the character ones now anyway.

Brown was supposed to be the "limited" one, but I've since seen a lot of them on the shelves.

That's why I pre-ordered my Mr. White and will never part with it. Did anyone here buy the box with ALL the colors? Seems kinda stupid but a good marketing ploy.

I have the Brown with no signature on it, as does someone else on this forum.

The rarest one was Mr. Orange. Pink and Brown were easy to find.

I also have Mr. Brown without the sig. Don't know if it's "rare" or not.

Personally, i don't think any version is particularly rare. Some were in greater supply then others at launch, but after a few weeks i think the other colors all became widely available.

Yup. It was interesting to see the way that B&M's got their stock on this title... Best Buy had Brown and Pink out the wazoo. Target seemed to have Blonde exclusively. I think Wally World also had Blonde. Anyone that ordered from Columbia House got White. Orange on the other hand... I've never seen one, other than online.

I remember reading (I believe in Video Business magazine) that Mr. Brown was supposed to be the most limited, but I still see it everywhere.

I got Mr. Orange, which was by far the rarest color around here.

I have Orange. I have no idea which ones would be more rare than the other as I have never looked. I received it as a gift. Actually, Mr.Orange was probably the one that I least wanted. Heh. I would love to have all 5 covers, but I would not buy the 5 dvds. hmmmm...
