T-2 Xtreme
Hi,
Got mt T-2 Extreme DVD from DeepDiscountDVD.
1st one came with shitty condition, metal box badly scratched (even though it was shrink wrapped), Internal box badly scratched due to the damage of the metal box.
I returned the DVD back with the postage costing almost a DVD, and the replacement came back 1 month later (I'm in Singapore)..same shitty condition.
Wrote to DeepDiscountDVD, took them 1 week to reply, the stupid automated reply was to call the Customer Service??
Why should I incur the IDD charges and pay for another return when the postage costs me almost a DVD???
Is this a production fault or it is just DeepDiscountDVD giving out bad stuff to cheat customers??

It sucks, but this pretty much sums up your situation. Sorry.

If you do a search, you'll see everybody had problems with the metal case tearing up the covers. It was a poorly designed case from the studio.

I think he was complaining about the condition of the metal case itself being scratched either at DDD warehouse or poorly packaged. Maybe you should consider buying fragile items local. For example if I were to buy the disney tins that's coming up and am anal about the condition (which I am) I would spend a few dollars more to insure I can get a cover in near perfect order. I did the same with others like total recall, t2 ultimate, etc.
