It looks like it is being released by Passport, which has created some 'questionable' releases like this in the past. (Stars of Star Wars, Titanic Premiere, etc.) Basically, they took on-the-street interviews and public domain material and strung it together.
For an older film like Lawrence (and '10 Commandments', which also comes out that day), I don't know what they'd do. Maybe it is an older documentary that no longer has copyright protection?

DeepDiscountDVD lists the runtime as 30 minutes and the Item # as PAS001724D, which indicates a Passport release, not Koch.
EDIT: Although DVDEmpire lists it as 80 minutes and Koch too. I have no clue.

I picked this up when it came out. It is released by Passport, and does run around 80 minutes (give or take).
Like all Passport releases, it is a hodge-podge of public domain materials, newsreel footage, trailers from a bunch of David Lean films, etc. Probably interesting for completists, but not a 'must have' DVD by any means.

So, it _is_ different from the one on the SE? (I haven't watched that one yet.) And how is the general video quality? Decent? Okay, it's only 5.99 but I'd still like to know.
Thanks for the info.
