I don't know about getting replacement boxes. But you can get some sweet custom boxes at Paul Champagne's website. Hope this helps.

If you can't get Paramount to ship the Jack Ryan box to you, I'd be happy to ship you mine (I put the discs in alpha order so the box is not at all helpful to me).
