Highlander TV And WB Cartoon Rumors

The Digitial Bits Rumor Mill is reporting some awesome info this morning:
Specifically, sources are telling us that 2004 could see the release of full seasons of Tiny Toon Adventures and Batman: The Animated Series from the studio, with the possibility of Animaniacs and more superhero animated TV product further down the line.

Also, you Highlander fans might like to know that the entire TV series is expected to be released on DVD from Anchor Bay by the end of next year. Look for Season Three this November, Season Four in March, Season Five in July and Season Six in November 2004.

Stay tuned...
I know it's only a rumor but I dont' know which news to be more exciting about: Batman:TAS (the news of which was already circulating), the prospect of Tiny Toons and Animaniacs, or the quick release schedule of the remaining Highlander seasons!

That would be so cool if they released the Animaniacs, Batman, and Tiny Toons. Classic WB stuff. Hopefully we will see these soon.

I love the Highlander series...that would be great news!
But if it were true, wouldn't achor bay have something up already? and I'm sure the official website would be promoting it all over (ya know, preorder now and we'll ship it to you in a year?)

*crossing my fingers its true*

I read this on the message board at Highlander-official.com a few days ago. Seems pretty legit.

Also, Deepdiscountdvd.com has the best prices on these sets that I've seen!

So I guess its all true.
And if you shop around you can find decent prices. I got season 2 from best buy for 49.99
