Deep Impact is the superior film, but the Armageddon Criterion DVD is terrific. Solid transfer(albeit non-anamorphic), great DD 5.1 audio, and tons of extras including one of the best gag reels I've ever seen.

Haven't seen any of those, but my favorite "end of the world" film is The Rapture.
Sadly, it's not on DVD.

as for the above choices....I guess I'd have to say Armageddon...but since I dont care for any of them...they are MIA in the library.

Let's see, deep impact sucked, but it sucked less than the suckfest that was armageddon. Didn't catch meteor, which I heard sucked.
So out of those sucky choices, i would say deep impact.

I can only rate the movies, sorry. I don't like any of them, therefore Twikoff wins by default.

If I can vote for apocalyptic porno, "Cafe Flesh" wins hands down. If I'm restricted to a cineplex-friendly apocalypse with Don Johnson, "A Boy and His Dog." If I'm restricted to Jan Michael Vincent (aka the poor man's Don Johnson), "Damnation Alley." If I'm restricted to Bruno Lawrence (aka the Australian Don Johnson), then I'd have to go with "The Quiet Earth."
