Danger Mouse and Count Duckula??

Does anyone remember these shows? They were so cool! Is it possible at all that they will come out on DVD?

If you're not region free already, you will be soon. You can get these on DVD in England for quite cheap.

Well, here you go - about two seasons worth of Dangermouse in more or less broadcast order. And all for about 15 bucks a shot, give or take a buck.

Sadly, no Bananaman - at least not on disc. Oh well.

Do the DVDs have the narrator's great jokes before the comercials and at the end of the episodes? The VHS versions only had long, unfunny commentary added for the tapes.

As far as I can remember, these are the same as what we saw on Nick - cept that they have the original opening credits (considerably shorter than what we saw).

Duckula is for sure. I *THINK* DM is, but I dont remember for sure. And either way, they're both PAL, so you'd need a player capable of converting the signal.

Don't most players do that? What's on the Duckula disc exactly?

Thanks, El-Kabong. I got them for my wife's Christmas present.

Most of the narrator's lines are[ deleted. This is especially strange when they include an interview with the director saying how much he enjoyed creating the Narrator character.

El-Kabong, are you Santa Claus in disguise? You seem to be making a lot of people happy!
