Someone on Amazon is selling their DVD of the unaired pilot for $250. A little overpriced I think

Has anyone tried to EMAIL them instead of calling them??

I've sent them two e-mails over the past year, and never received a reply.

I got mine yesterday after talking to the person on Wednesday. I called at about 4:30PM Eastern to get a real person.

They used to have a toll-free number listed on their site but I just checked and it's no longer there. I called it frequently to ask about the pilot disc and talked to a very nice woman who promptly replied with messages on my machine with updates on its release. She even sent me a free copy of the soundtrack cd when the pilot disc came out. Very cool. I wish I still had that number but it's probably disconnected anyway.
