Did SNL: The Best of Eddie Murphy come out a couple of weeks ago? I cant find any info on it. I have been waiting for this forever, as long as it is exactly the same as the VHS.

It's not out yet. It should come out on october 28 with the Farley, Halloween and Christmas editions.

Can those of you who have it tell us what is on it? Length? Anything beyond the old VHS? None of the online retailers (most of whom do have it listed) have any specs on their sites.

This would be great, especially if they beefed it up with more skits aside from whats on the current VHS. Fingers crossed.

Sorry I was sure it was not out yet.

It is listed as 80 minutes on the cover and online, however it is really more like 84-85 minutes. I don't know if it has more or less than the VHS edition since I never saw that one. It is good. I watched it last night. it allows you to choose any specific skit to play or play the whole thing in it's entirety.

Went to Circuit City and Best Buy and nothing - not even in their systems.

I couldnt find it locally, so I got it from Amamzon. Some of the stuff is pretty funny, but a lot of it seems dated now. I still like the James Brown skits though.

Velvet Jones, Mister Robinson, Stevie Wonder... so many great characters.

The best buy where I got my copy only had the one on the shelf and I was in twice withina week after that and didn't see another one.

And ya can't forget "Mr. White".

I ordered it from Best Buy, but it has been backordered for 3 weeks, so I just ordered it from Amazon.
