The Exister 08-25-03 11:30 AM

None, but I'd give a rent to Cleopatra.

Geofferson 08-25-03 11:37 AM

None, but I plan on getting Heaven's Gate eventually.

hgar78 08-25-03 11:40 AM

just 2: cleopatra and hudson hawk (which is one of my favs--for sentimental reasons ;))

garmonbozia 08-25-03 11:42 AM

I haven't seen any of them, but I own one of them......Cleopatra (I just haven't gotten around to watching it yet).

Snowmaker 08-25-03 11:52 AM

You mean Leonard Part 6 didn't make the list??

Spooky 08-25-03 11:55 AM

I own Battlefield Earth and The Postman. Both of which I saw in the theaters and both of which I kind of like...although The Postman is far superior to Battlefield Earth...

antennaball 08-25-03 12:06 PM

none, thankfully.

Brian Shannon 08-25-03 12:08 PM

None on that list seen or owned!

DFWMovieGeek 08-25-03 12:10 PM

None! and no intention of picking them up either.

jblackie 08-25-03 12:23 PM

Just Cleo. For the history.

Not for the historical character, but of Liz and Dick.

Only got through disc 1. Jeez, it is bad. What were they thinking?

William Fuld 08-25-03 12:41 PM

None, but I'd buy Ishtar.

Cleopatra and The Postman. I greatly enjoyed both of them on dvd, too.

ianholm 08-25-03 12:55 PM

I have Battlefield Earth

mcarver 08-25-03 01:14 PM

2

Heaven's Gate (which was basically destroyed by advanced press about the budget excess, it never had a chance - basically an expensive art-house flim.)

Postman (not a bad movie, but not great either)

movielib 08-25-03 01:32 PM

3 - Cleopatra, The Postman and Cutthoat Island (CI on an LD I got real cheap).

"I'll torture you so long you'll think it was a career" -- Darwin Mayflower

Darwin Mayflower: I'll kill your friends, your family, and the bitch you took to the prom!
Hudson Hawk: Betty Jo Byarsky? I can get you an address on that, if you want.

got Hawk for the cheese, got Cleopatra for the spectacle.

Saw Pluto Nash, recently on satellite. Went blind for about an hour.

Tazwolff 08-25-03 02:39 PM

I own Hudson Hawk, and I love it. :)

Damage 08-25-03 02:40 PM

Battlefield Earth. And it's not *that* bad. -ptth-

MBoyd 08-25-03 02:42 PM

Dont own any.

You know I was always surprised when I heard that Ishtar was bombing out with critics and audiences. There was a trailer for it in front of Top Gun when I saw it in 1986 in Albany, GA. The audience was roaring with laughter.

atari2600 08-25-03 03:11 PM

0. only seen battlefield earth.

how come waterworld isnt on there?

eau 08-25-03 03:15 PM

None for me...but I might consider getting Cleopatra :)

Because, contrary to popular belief, Waterworld was not a flop.

atari2600 08-25-03 03:32 PM

if its popular belief that waterworld was a flop, doesnt that make it one? :)

seriously though, how much did it make?
