I was thinking of picking up Halloween 6 however I keep seeing three diferent versions on ebay Theatrical cut, Producers cut, and the Legacy producers cut. I'm trying not to get stuck with a bootleg and I know there is a diference between the Producer's cut and the director's cut, however which is the best version?

Only the theatrical version has been officially released on DVD. Any other version is a bootleg.

I have the Producers cut. I realize boots are bad, but I own the legit version also. Anyhow the producers cut is a better movie in alot of ways. Think a different ending. In fact it made it almost bearable. So far as picture quality. Think worse than vhs. It is in a very rough form.

Is that the one where they had him part of a celtic ritual? Ugh! That and Halloween III are the absolute worst of the franchise. For me, the good ones were 1,2,4, and 5. H20 was passable at best, but not terrible.

I have all the Halloween movies on DVD except part 6-very avoidable.I liked Halloween 3-wish they had a SE and throw in a silver shamerock also.

I just watched I and II recently. Is 4 similar to the first ones? I thought II was good for a sequel.

4 and 5 are similar to the original two.I agree that #2 is underrated as a sequel but Carpenter and Debra Hill were disappointed in it.

3 is going SE, but it really isn't getting a whole lot:
