FRACTURED FLICKERS: any chance?

I am hoping that with the release of the Rocky and Bullwinkle first season set that, hopefully they will also release to DVD FRACTURED FLICKERS. There was a total of 26 episodes and this series is a real hoot! Its done by the same crew who did Bullwinkle and was shown for 1 season in 1963. Hans Conried hosted and, the series had tons of rare old time silent movies where they added crazy nutty voiceovers and, Paul Frees and June Foray and others did the voices.

Jay Ward and Bill Scott were fantastic to have thought up such a great show!

Here's hoping this series will get released to DVD in a box set which, after all would make sense

This would be an immediate addition to my DVD collection if it ever became a set! It's probably been at least 30 years since I've seen any Fractured Flickers anywhere, but still have great memories of how funny I thought it was at the time. This seems like a "timeless" show that would easily appeal to today's sophisticated <cough cough> audience!

Hey! Let's start a petition!!!!! nah!

There is one at the beginning of Dudley Do-Right with Brendan Fraser.

"Dinky Dunsta, Boy Cheerleader" (Lon Chaney's HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME) alone is worth the price of the set.

Cross another one off my "Man, I'd love to have this, but they'll NEVER release it" list.

Every time I think I can slow down and stop buying so many titles, someone announces stuff like this and Pee-Wee's Playhouse.

Hey, it comes out the same day as Rocky & Bullwinkle Season 2. Smooth move, VCI!

VCI...now that's a hit-or-miss outfit.

Let's hope it's not a VHS direct transfer.
