Anyone remember this?

Ok, it's a tv show or movie from the 80's and featured a Ford Escort that could fly or something like that and a carwash was involved in the story some how.

Please I've been wanting to find this out for years.

Sounds more like the cult classic from 1966-1971, the unintentionally-hilarious "Dark Shadows". I think (in season 3) Jonathan Frid (Barnabas) operated a car wash [at night of course] with his sidekick Willie. And Barn. would occasionally change himself into a 1966 Ford Galaxy 500 and fly over to the Collinwood mansion for "a bite" to eat. Is this what you seek?

It might be that movie, I'll have to rent to be sure. I don't think Jon Lovitz was in the movie I'm thinking of...

It was for sure an 1980's style Ford Escort.
