Custom Cover for T2

I wanted to put both my Ultimate and Extreme editions in one case. I'm hanging onto them both because while the Extreme Edition has a better picture, the Ultimate version had a bunch of great special features.

Anyway, I needed art for a three disc case. (My version of The Ultimate Edition was the flipper)

I based this on the artwork that came with the Laserdisc Special Edition from quite a ways back...

Bigger version

I may make a four disc version if there is any interest.

Here's another version, without the metal box look, and with Arnie's big name instead of the tagline.

I really like the second cover. I'm tired of the brushed metal look on covers right now, even though it's appropriate for the film.

Great job Ric!

They are both great but I too prefer the second version. Goes better with Terminator 1 as well. Will these be available on DVDCoverart.com?

They should be soon. I sent in the first one already, but they may want me to make some refinements. Most of the text on the back was cut and pasted, then I used an eraser on the background, it's a little dodgy when blown up, though I think it looks fine at print size.

I'll also have them available at my own site, by the end of the week I imaigine.

Still pending at DVDCA....

But both covers are now available for download at my website. I cleaned them up a bit, (Credits and logos should be clearer) and I changed the picture on the back of version 2. I also made 3 and 4 disc versions of both depening on whether folks have the one or two disc version of Ultimate.
