So it's being censored
Also, I wonder why the widescreen print is hard to find. I actually found it in one second:

At least we have OAR versions that are not censored.

Most likely they're adding a director's commentary and also finding the trailer...

There's STILL no date on this one though! I've been waiting for years. I'm sure it'll be worth the wait though, with the list of extras announced. I wish Universal (or whoever owns the rights now) would get off their butts and release this thing.

"Track 3 "South Park" writing staff (Pam Brady, Matt Pregger and Kyle McCulloch), Weird Al Yankovic, Dave Foley, Bob Odenkirk & David Cross (HBO's Mr. Show), Kevin Smith and David Zucker."
Is this for real? What a group! Wow!
Not to mention the other commentaries and special features!

Isn't the drunken commentary Track #1 with Trey Parker, Matt Stone, Dian Bachar, etc.? Ie, all the people who got drunk on the 'Cannibal' commentary?
I really love how bitter and upset (towards Lianne, specifically) Parker gets by the end of the 'Cannibal' commentary.

This funny little preview shows that there's drunken commentary on the extras. So i'd be pretty suprised if they were sober on the film commentary track.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that this whole Orgazmo: Super Duper Ultimate Edition is one big joke put on by Parker and Stone? Honestly, why would so many people have any interest in this hilarious, yet fairly unknown movie?
I don't know, it just seems like something they would do.

Dave Foley is in 'South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut'
Parker and Stone appeared in the Mr. Show movie (hence Bob and David)
David Zucker directed Parker and Stone in 'Baseketball'
The writers of 'South Park' write for 'South Park'
So why would any of them not do it? The *one* I'm stumped on is 'Weird Al'. Other than that, there's your answer, and Kevin Smith himself (via his website) has confirmed several times that there is a genuine commentary track (recorded seperately) with the group.
And the other two tracks are cast (mostly porno people) and the drunken Parker/Stone et al ... again, fairly obvious why they'd care.

Hey, if all of the names mentioned are involved in this dvd, great. Fabulous. I'd buy it myself. I'm just trying to put out the idea that maybe this is a hoax.

but I still don't understand why David Zucker would want to do a commentary for a little known, cult movie that involves people he worked with (he's worked with a lot of people)?
It seems to me like they got a bunch of their friendly influences together; Zucker is an obvious one, Kevin Smith helped pave the way for bad language humor (I don't know how much direct influence he had), Yankovic, I suppose, in just a musical way, etc ...
I'm not saying it makes a lot of sense, but if Smith confirmed his presence on the commentary, it makes more sense that it would be a group of people (edited together) rather than *just* him, doesn't it?
Did you have this much trouble believing the Kids in the Hall DVD which had commentary by Parker & Stone, Andy Richter, Jason Priestly, and Mike Myers?

I understand what you're saying, but, at the same time, I can't think of a single movie David Zucker has been involved in where he worked very closely with actors who were *also* talented writer-directors in their own right. So I can't think of any other time it would come up.

I had no idea about the Kids in the Hall DVD as I am not a fan but it is a good point.
We'll have to wait and see if the dvd exists...
