"Given that there are 20-plus hit songs on the soundtrack, there doesn't seem to have been any music 'rescored for the home video version.' All the great tunes by The Police, Devo, U2, REO Speedwagon, etc., are here."

I wonder, is the 4:3 side open-matte?

Because the 4:3 versions of 1.85:1 films often reveal more information at the top and bottom of the screen.

And in 80s sex comedies with nudity, that often means more nudity!
