Stargate: SG-1

It has been long talked about, since before I started the Disney collection and after a bunch of false starts, here it is. The Linkin Park cover was a test layout for this, you will notice the similarities on the back cover design.

This fits a 5 disc case, a cheaper alternative to printing 30+ thinpaks. No offense Timmio, some of us can't afford all that.

Thoughts and suggestions?

Really, really nice. What are your plans for future volumes? What if you carried that pic of the Stargate across all the spines? If you did, you may want to move it over a bit so it starts at the spine. Though on second thought it would mess with the cover being centered up.

It is really sweet, I can't wait to see what you do with the rest of the volumes.

The cover/spine title text is a little dark.. blens into the background.... prehaps gold (from the Chevrons) rather than the same blue as the background objects...

Awesome man!

I really like this idea of having the 5 disc cover for the whole season...

Is anyone interested in the Thinpaks for the seasons? If so I will finish them up...I kinda like the idea of having them all in one case now...

Here is the template for Season 1 of my Thinpak design:

Hey Corvin, where'd you get the huge gate image to use on the cover?

Timmio..

I still like the ThinPak idea (I can get those locally at WallyWorld). Give you something to read on the back of each disc (grin).

I like the Thinpak design much more then Micheal's design !

So I really would buy 30 thinpaks instead of the big season boxes for several reasons :

- Can't get the 5/6-disc cases anyway
- Have no paper that's big enough to print the covers on anyway
- Can get the Thinpaks quite easily
- They can be printed on regular A4

Still i'm not gonna be replacing my originals since they look way better (in my opinion) then any custom i've seen up to this very moment ...

Sorry ...

Excellent. Although I would have to agree that the text needs to be a bit brighter

If I ask nicely would there be any chance that when you create covers for Season 2 onwards you could create a 6 disc version (for us Region 2 bods).

PS - Back to your Disney thread do you still need info for the Winnie the Pooh disc?

I'm thinking gold for the text as well. Still love it though!

I am going to touch up the back, make it more professional. I can do better.

Cover for the movie as well? Maybe. Never even crossed my mind.

Re: Stargate: SG-1

Great cover! When will it be available for download? What about seasons 2, 3, and/or 4?
