Will there be a Super Dave Osborne Show on DVD?
The show used to run on Showtime in the 80's. A box set with audio commentary by Bob Einstein (as Super Dave) would be nice. Any plans of releasing this on DVD? I would love to own this.

Yes, Super Dave was just a recurring character on the Jon Byner Showtime series BIZARRE.
They haven't aired that show since the 80's. They edited it quite a bit for syndication (since on Showtime it often had nudity and language) but I haven't seen it since.
I'd also love to see this on DVD. But I really doubt that will happen.

Yeah, I remember him quite well (from Bizarre). Very funny stuff, kind of crude which I think is what made it even better.
The one I remember is when he is on a wooden wheel and some Indian guy is throwing knives at him (trying to hit close to him). Of course, the knives stick into him.
The Super Dave Osbourne character stuck around at least into the early or mid 90s.
Per google, this is his home page: http://sdo.dyndns.org/ , but it is not what I thought it would be.

The Super Dave Show (a BIZARRE spin-off) ran on Canadian television back in the early nineties. There'd be a few skits, a musical act (usually a Canadian band) and the show would end with one of Super Dave's stunts. My favourite was Super Dave falling off the CN Tower with running commentary all the way dowwwwwn... Yeah, I'd snap this up if it were released on DVD!
