Good template to use for creating covers?
Since I can't find anyone to make covers for me, I'm going to give it a shot. My question is whats the best way to go about this? Is there a program or a template with all the DVD stuff on the bottom and you can fill in?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

DVDCoverArt has from free templates that you can use. Some are for specific companies (Columbia Tristar, 5-Star Editions) But there are also downloads that include all the logos you should need for a custom job. The main thing is having the Graphics Program to create them in. ...

I've got adobe photoshop somewhere on a CD in my mess of a room.
I'd just really like to make covers for those that are from poker industries that have all the korean writing on them, and also, the Kingdom 3 DVD set by Lars Von Trier, as parts 1 and 2 are COMPLETELY different, and also disc 2 and 3 are impossible to tell apart by the covers.

If you have Adobe you can make your own template. Which to me is much more satisfying then using something created by someone else.
Most of the templates on DVDCA are in Adobe format, so I hope you learn how to use the program. It might be a little confusing to use one of the templates if not.
