Old School - DTS dropout on Canadian Reg 1? There on US Reg 1 too?
Hi,
I have the Canadian Unrated Reg 1 of Old School and noticed a dropout on the DTS soundtrack at around 00:34:40. Played the same bit with DD5.1 soundtrack instead and no dropout.
Firstly, anyone else notice this?
Secondly, can anyone confirm if this is present/absent on the US Reg 1 as well?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply
It's very odd. It occurs just as it changes from Chapter 7 to Chapter 8 and is a brief distortion in the music that's playing. The fact it doesn't occur on the DD soundtrack at the same point rules out a faulty disk.
Anyone else?

Anyway... I feel embarassed now because the dts track on Old School plays 100% perfect today!
WTF is going on?
I just watched The Haunting (DTS-ES Discrete version) and when it finished I thought I'd try Old School again. I've tried it several times and it plays perfectly, no dropout!!Maybe my receiver just got a bit flustered and needed turning on/off? Bizarre!!
