ARRGGGHHH!!! I hate reading this thread... I just keep reflecting back on how many of these I have passed on. Thinking "OH.. I'll just pick that one up later"... and then bought something else..
Now those items are outta print, and I will have to pay thru the nose for them....

KISS Unplugged sells for $80-120 on eBay. Amazing for a music DVD that only has 2.0 surround.

Are any of these dvds valuable because the OOP versions aren't likely to be duplicated or bettered in future releases?

You think that's bad? I remember standing in Best Buy, holding a copy of the 3-disc Decalogue set in my hand, and forcing myself to put it down because I only had $80 left in my bank account and a week to go before I got paid. That friggin' HURT.

Well hopefully that 'HURT' will be eased in the knowledge Facets are re-releasing 'Decalogue' in August which may very well not go OOP quite as quickly...but truth be known..if the transfer remains the same here's to hoping some other company will do the release justice!
