DVDCoverart - Don't submit unless requested? Since when?
I just submitted a scan to DVDCoverart, and it was declined because it wasn't requested. Since when has this policy come into effect? I've submitted plenty of direct scans in the past, that haven't specifically been requested and they were all approved. Just wondering?

I believe scans are only accepted if they are excellent quality AND have been requested. Customs are always welcome though.

That would be scans of keepcase covers are only accepted if requested.
Scans of snappers converted to keepcase size do not have to be requested.
