New Midnight Run Release

I saw today that Best Buy had the new Midnight Run release. It has one special feature on it called "The Making of Midnight Run". I like to know if anyone bought this new version and watched the making of feature. Am a big fan of the movie but I already have the old version, but if the making of feature was a long one and not just 5 minutes I would up grade.

There's a review in the reviews forum here.

That "Making of..." is only 7 minutes long.

I bought it for the anamorphic transfer. That the picture looks better was a nice plus too.

So, just to be clear. The new issue is anamorphic? (Don't mean to be a pain, but the new review doesn't mention it...)

The Making Of is nothing special at all. As has been said, buy it for the new transfers...it looks great!

It's really too bad they didn't do up an SE for the new release. Retrospective docs are among my favourite special features.

Oh well. At least they got job one right.
