Scarface availability??
 

First off let me say that I love mobster movies and I am trying to expand my collection by finding one of the best mob movies ever made. So I've been searching and searching and I can't find a brand new copy for SCARFACE to buy. What's up with the availability? I know it's in big demand, and there are tons of bootleg dvd's out there....so why is Scarface so scarce? I would appreciate it if anybody could shed some light on this subject for me.

Go here and you will be convinced not to buy the current version anyway.

There are actually currently 8 threads that deal with Scarface or both it and Animal House in the past 3 days. Whew, talk about gettin' around.

Come on, Scarface is finally announced for a re-release and we get a influx of threads on the old release.

Something doesn't add up.

This is hilarious... a few days after the long-awaited announcement of the R1 SE and there's a thread about the old release. Whoops! :)

Sorry about adding another thread about Scarface to the growing number there has been in the past few days. I was just searching for the movie and hastily asked my question because I really wanted to know. But after reading the thread that SCHMEGGA provided I'll just be waiting until the SE is released.

What's up with this movie. IT SUCKS!!!!!

Yeah, but the alternative is that he/she would've had to read the forum rules. And if that wasn't bad enough, he/she would be required to do something unheard of - clicking on the search option and typing "Scarface" after which he/she would probably have a brain aneurysm. :)
