Never heard of the movie. Sounds like it should be taken out of its jar and splattered on a nice DVD. The companies should eat it up. It's a good way for them to make bread. BTW, the solution to Peanut Butter is "Jam".

Demonio, I remember watching the movie years ago. I actually watched it several times, and it scared the crap outta me. I think it's either PG or PG-13 and supposedly a "kids movie." But from what I can remember, it's anything but.

I used to watch this movie all the time when I was a kid. Some of the scenes in City of the Lost Children brought memories of The Peanut Butter Solution.

It scared the crap out of me too.

I know, its supposed to be a kids movie but its pretty freaky, plus Celine Dion does the soundtrack to it, thats even scarier.

Isn't this the movie where the kid spreads peanut butter "down there" and ends up getting pubes down to his ankles?

I remember seeing this one on Showtime(or was it HBO?) in the mid-80s. It's definitely a creepy little flick.

Indeed, peanut butter can be used to fix discs.... check out this news article (and many other uses for peanut butter-- it can do anything!):

I saw this on Movie Centrel. It's a Canadian movie and it's pretty scary. Put it on DVD. Put Great Land of Small on DVD as well.
