weird problem with some Twilight zone disks

I recently finished purchasing the last 2 sets of the Twilight Zone collection, so now I have every twilight zone on dvd. My problem is that for a few of these dvds, they make a loud vibrating sound in my Samsung player. Its weird because only a few of the TZ dvd's do it, while the rest of the TZ dvds play softly and normally. The loud dvd's still play normally, yet the vibrating sound is very distracting. I have never had this problem with any of my other dvds so far. So, does anyone know what I should do... has this happened to anyone else?

thanks

Yeah, that's kind of odd. I've got all five sets myself and watched them through (took many marathons here to do, heh). I haven't had any problems like that. I want to say maybe it's your player but then again, you said it only does it with certain TZ discs. Very odd indeed. Perhaps it's something that can only be left explained in....... I have the Gold Collection which has all the episodes in chronological order, so I can't help you there but everything seems fine with those on my Malata.

I do have a question though. Do they have subs or closed captions on these sets? The reason I ask is because the Gold Collection is supposed to be DVD-R's (I'm not sure myself because they look pretty authentic), which could have omitted those.

Did you inspect the DVDs closely for any damage (cracks)? I have all five sets and never experienced the problem you described.

thanks for the replies. The disks look fine, no scratches or any blemishes. The dvds also play the episodes without a hitch... its just for a few of them the vibrating sounds from my player become sooo annoying! I haven't checked the subtitle option yet, but these dvds weren't in the Gold Collection.. just in the regular sets. I might try these at my friend's house to see if they make a weird sound too. I think that it might be my player.. or my player's reaction to these few dvds. I guess it truly is something that can only be explained in the twilight zone.
