What DVDs have the worst software?
I'm not talking about a poor transfer from film to DVD... I want to know what DVDs are poorly encoded and give players problems with playback.
I need this information to test my DVD player.

If you can get a hold of the original pressing on Spy Game. There were many problems on Toshiba and other players.
Also, older Toshiba players had issues with Wizard of Oz menus

DOGMA special edition. On my Toshiba, almost any button I push on my remote while watching the movie, such as the button that displays remaining time, causes the entire player to lock up so that it has to be UNPLUGGED.

Yeah, Dogma and Toshiba are not a good mix. My disc froze all the time.
Hong Kong company Universe, is known for making problematic discs. I had a hell of a time with Shaolin Soccer on one of my players (but it worked fine on the other).

Those that have the Toshiba problems what version firmware you guys running with the DOGMA DVD?
To find out: Without a DVD in the player power up then press Zoom-6-0-6-Zoom.
I running v3.000 (I have not tried Dogma SE yet).
