Bowling for Columbine cancelled?? (true or false)

A friend of mine who is a major Micheal Moore fan said that this movie was cancelled, can anyone confirm that this is true, or someone made it up?

I looked but found nothing on which to base this rumor.

I can guarantee you that your friend is pulling your leg if he told you the MOVIE was cancelled. It's already been completed, distributed, and even won an Oscar I believe.

Now, the DVD may have been cancelled but who knows about that! (or cares much )

There was also a lenghty thread about a month ago that detailed why it was delayed and for roughly how long.

It looks like reports are saying August 19th. We'll see.
