I had a $100 BB gift certificate to burn so I stopped by my local BB on Saturday to pick up the new Hunt for Red October and CMD, along with a few other things.
Plenty of HFRO, no CMD. Had the guy look it up in the computer figuring this would be yet another example of BB's stock Db assigning an incorrect release date to a DVD. Nope, it just wasn't in their computer at all (although it is listed in BestBuy.com with the correct release date). According to the clerk, it not being in his computer indicates that no BB B&M in that area will be stocking it at all.

Needs to contact an admin about multiple accounts
DDD has made serious improvements in shipping times. I remember them sending me an email asking for how long it took to receive dvds after getting the shipping notice. they've made some changes. i used to get pre-orders a week after the street date. now they come the day before

I was able to find CMD at my local Suncoast for 14.95. It's very curious to me that Suncoast would carry the title but that BB (which now owns them) would not!
In any event, I love the movie, and this is an outstanding presentation of it with decent extras. There's even a fairly extensive recent interview with Loretta Lynn included.
