The HOWARD STERN Show on DVD - Uncensored, in the works...

I heard Howard Stern this morning on the radio, and he said that, among other projects, he's working on a DVD of uncensored material from his radio show.

That ought to be really excellent.

I think a lot of the girls that come in to be evaluated probably won't be on the DVD if he makes it. And everyone has seen pornstars naked before, so this probably won't be that great of a release even though its a good idea.

I wish he'd release his old Channel 9 variety show!

This is the one I really want. Those shows were classic. I remember watching those back in college in the early 90s. Unfortunately, I think there are rights issues and I also heard that it is unknown where the masters of those shows are.

Is this before or after:

-Fartman the Movie
-The Sam Kinison Movie
-Rock N' Roll High School remake
-Porky's Remake

and any number of other projects he floats to get a buzz about himself, and never see the light of day. This has been talked about since 1998, and if he's still on the air in 2008, he'll still be TALKING about, but we won't be watching anything.

That said, I hope he proves me wrong.

That's funny. I was listening to him talk about those today and I was thinking "yeah right He's still gloating non-stop about his movie from 1997" What has he done since then?

What makes you say that? I hope you're wrong.

I want to see It's Just Wrong, where the girls get undressed by their family members

He makes me laugh everytime he mentions his movie from so long ago. But, in his defense, I can't imagine the kind of work load he has to maintain a highly-rated syndicated radio talk show. Would he even have time for other endeavors? Other than writing books, that is?

That's another thing, too - he's managed to be a success at everything he's done!

When these girls come on the show and undress, they know that their private parts will be censored. I'll bet they've signed something saying yey or ney on wide release - especially on a DVD. Without, they'd probably never do what they do on the radio show. Even though they're aired on E!, everything's covered.

I'm sure that some give their permission for future release of their accets, but for large amounts of money. Who really knows?

Entertainment Weekly mentioned a while back that releasing an uncensored DVD of Stern's show would be a great idea in their review of the Uncensored Insomniac DVD with Dave Attell. Maybe someone actually listened...

Also, I have heard Stern say many times when he is trying to get a girl naked "don't worry everything will be censored, no one will see but us"(or something to that effect), and while I am not doubting this DVD will be good (if it is ever released), the evaluations would have made it that much better. Hell, I'd buy a DVD with nothing *BUT* uncensored evaluations.

This has GREAT potential if done right.

So many things that could go on it.
So I'm wondering if they make it a quick montage of everything (bad), or if they use full clips/segments which would be good if they choose the right ones. There are so many to choose from.

I think a lot of the "regular girls" would be good too, especially since a lot of people took off clothes thinking "they HAVE to blur it out" so it's really "only in front of these 5 guys".
Just wonder if that waiver they signed (everyone signs) says they can use the uncensored stuff anyway they want.
Or if they would have to get permission all over again.

He's talked about it before, about a month ago, and said it would probably be quick, rapid-fire clips similar to a montage episode they aired on E! recently.

In a previous thread about this I echoed this sentiment. He gets a call from a listener asking about it and his stock response is "it's taking alot longer than we thought but it will be great, etc." He will probably be saying the same thing a year from now. That said I would kill to see the uncensored episode featuring the evaluation of Myah (blonde Israeli fashion student) and Amy (Italian stripper here in Cary, NC). Those were by far the two hottest women he has ever had on for evaluation. Oh and the lesbian sisters (jade and taylor) are a must as well
