Was pretty upsetting to read the article. For example:

Tell the FCC and your congresspeople that we DON'T want HDTV with its different dimensions and tell electronics stores that we DON'T want DVD players with their built in letterboxing/lettershlocking censorship function.
Is a pretty old page last updated 5/20/99. But still...

The author of that page is actually a pro-widescreen person who is reprinting someone's irrational anti-widescreen rant. If you click on the underlined portions you can see his rebuttals in pop-up boxes.
