What the heck is this thing and where did it come from? This can't be the same thing as the Beatles Anthology DVD set is it?

Or is this a WHOLE new...totally different documentary?

think George Martin said that was what the whole Anthology was originally going to be called on one of the DVDs from the set.

No, it's a completely different set, not released by Apple or MPI or Capitol and I'm pretty sure it's not at all authorized, which means, no Beatles music. I read in a review somewhere that it's just a bunch of old guys talking about the Beatles. Skip. The Anthology is all you need.

I might be wrong but I think it was released just to confuse people into thinking they are getting The Anthology. It's priced around $49 and it has 5 discs.... hmmmmm what will those wacky marketing people think of next?
