Didn't catch this one in the theatres, but I usually like arnold movies .. not all of his stuff but most of it anyway.. I really like Eraser and I thought end of days was pretty good.. what is 6th day like? I get the idea from the trailer that it's a lot like Total Recal.
Is the DVD worth buying? Any other movies (arnold movies or not) that you'd compare it to in goodness?

Not the worst movie, but a bad film with some intersting FX and mirror images. Otherwise it is wise to stay away from this one, unless you have everything else on DVD.

Well since I'm an impulse buyer and addicted to DVDs, I bought this anyway along with Charlie's Angels and Enemy Mine.. Well I thought Charlie's Angels was good if you're a girl that likes action movies.. got a chuckle in some parts but in general it wasn't worth much more of a rental and it'll be on ebay soon
Prolly the first DVD out of the 50 or so I have that I wish I didn't buy...
6th day I liked actually.. I like Arnold's action stuff usually. It wasn't a great movie but it's one I'm sure I'll watch again.. only thing I didn't like was the laser guns.. they looked cool and all but if it's supposed to be near future, they shouldn't have gone with the star wars approach
And Enemy Mine I didn't watch yet but I'm sure it'll be great, it's a classic

I thought the 6th day was an awesome movie. Although I thought the dvd could have used a little more extras, I was extreamly happy with the pic and sound. As for the movie itself, I thought it was Arnold's best since Eraser, and maybe even better, but take it with a grain of salt, because I am a huge Arnold fan.

I really liked the movie a lot.
It shared some similiarities with Total Recall.
The transfer and sound was really good, but I expect that from a movie released that recently in the theater.
I thought the plot was pretty good, Arnold had his usual funny one-liners, and the action scenes were pretty good also.
