I picked this DVD up at BJ's last night and was pleasantly surprised.
Nice taut performances by Gene Hackman, Morgan Freeman and Thomas Jane.
Quite a bargain at $17.99. I recall seeing a trailer in the movies for this and I don't remember it coming to theatres.
Anybody got any info this this film that they'd like to share?

...erm... yet another entry in the long, long line of Hollywood remakes of a French original (which, incidentally, I have on R2 DVD)(*)...

...will wait until the American remake hits local TV...

I rented this movie when it first came out. It has a decent storyline and some good acting but not much on replay value. The whole movie is an interrogation of Gene Hackman who is under suspision for rapeing and killing young girls. Definatley rent this movie, especially if you are fans of Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman but I wouldn't reccomend buying before seeing it.
