already seen the movie and think it's wonderful. just need to know now if the transfer is any good or another Jean De Florette/Manon disgrace.

on second thought, nevermind. I'm so disgusted w/ the MGM region 1 treatment of JdF/MotS that i'm going to be returning this unopened anyway. it would have been nice to see the movie again, but at this point, i really don't want to give them any encouragment for their 'efforts'.
