Below is why I like it and always list it as number 1 on westerns. I like the midget guy too, (taken from the above listed link to a review)....

High Plains Drifter is my favorite Clint Eastwood western from his spagetti western days. His best western (IMO) is Unforgiven.

"High Plains Drifter"? I thought that was a documentary of Gary Hart's presidential campaign in 1984...
