I was expecting this movie to royally suck, but I thought the movie was OK.. definately watchable with some funny moments. not one I'd buy though, but it was worth the rental. I'd say try and rent it first and see if ya like it http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/smile.gif

Worst car chase ive seen in a long time. Very stupid. I didn't expect good acting or story but I did expect lots of action, and was very dissapointed. Everybody who has ever seen a car chase on the news, knows that the helicopter does not fly 8 feet off the ground when chasing a suspect and doesn't fly under bridges.

In one of the bonuses in the movie, Brockheimer says that the copter chase is not realistic, but how exciting would it be to watch a chase from 2000 ft.

Rented this & the wife & I watched it last night.

Well...I had really low expectations, so I didn't think it sucked. I just did not think it was very good. A lot like cotton candy, tastes okay but is not very filling.

I was disappointed b/c I thought there would be more action & more car chases such as the big final one. It seemed to take too long for the action to get going. Had the normal cliche group of misfits who are experts at one thing. Definitely would not buy this flick but it is worth a rental if there is nothing else left in the rental store.

It was a lot better than some of the other crap that I have watched lately (Pitch Black, Nutty Professor II) & it is far more interesting than Armageddon. (but then again, look at Armageddon)

So...outstanding, good, or sucks is the question. I go with none of the above & say, "Fair."

After hearing this get blasted so much I watched it, and I thought it was a good film. It is not Ronin as far as the car chases go, but it is good.

He should have done better with the cast he had. Cage has been cranking out some garbage lately.
