i'm wanting to purchase 2001: A space odyssey. i'm wondering if the warner version is a good version OR are they going to be re-releasing this movie in the future?

DVD Talk Gold Edition
I think that a theatrical release in 2001 one is going to happen. Apparently they've cleaned the film up. I think a new 2001 DVD will be out next year.
