I rather liked it, although most of the reviews I've read have been pretty mixed. It's a pretty loaded special edition (great anamorphic transfer too!), and it's very, very reasonably priced. I recommend it.

I really thought that Ben Stiller gave a stellar (no pun intended) performance in this movie. The guy dropped his weight down to barely nothing for the role. The script is very funny also. I love the scene where he shoots up with his connection in the office building and they are running and jumping into the windows with "Slap My Bitch Up" playing over it. Classic scene. I strongly recommend at least renting it if you are cautious. Otherwise, I'd look for it on sale or at ebay.

I also recommend this movie. I have a soft spot for dope movies though (ahhh, the bad old days). The shooting up in the car was kind of gross, but important to showing the depths to which a man can fall under the influence of junk.
Very interesting story with good commentary. Good acting. A real bargain most places I've seen.
