They have this Charles Brosnson movie in Walmart for 9.96..saw on vhs years ago and loved it..but wondering how good it transfered over to DVD and why its so cheap.

The transfer is OK. Both lbx and ff with DD mono. If you like the movie, I did, 9.96 is a great price.
